Pre-natal exercise classes?

Exercising when you’re pregnant may seem like the last thing you want to do but it can play a vital role both for you and the baby growing inside you.
That doesn’t mean doing press-ups on the living room floor (perish the thought!), but instead learning how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy.
Movement and Bloom pre-natal fitness classes are run by a specialist in pregnancy exercise and give you the peace of mind that comes with being taught by an instructor who is trained in dealing with pregnancy-related problems.
Our pre-natal exercise classes are not one size fits all: You will be doing exercise that is not just tailored for pregnancy but also for the stage of pregnancy that you are in. If you are 15 weeks pregnant you won’t be doing the same exercises as other mums-to-be who are 35 weeks pregnant.
Our specialist antenatal classes are designed to cater for your individual pregnancy needs, whether these are pelvic girdle pain, low blood pressure or gestational diabetes.
As well as the fitness advantages of pre-natal exercise classes, at Movement and Bloom you will meet up and make friends with lots of other mums-to-be.
