Movement and Bloom One-to-One Classes

Movement and Bloom pre-natal and post-natal fitness classes are a great way to keep fit before and after pregnancy while meeting other mums and mums-to-be.

But if you just can’t make it to any of our group sessions, you’d like to have your classes tailored just to suit you, or you’re one of a group of friends who would like to work out together in the months before and after pregnancy, then our one-to-one sessions might be just what you need.

Taking place in instructor Natalie’s home gym, there’s space for up to four women (plus Natalie of course!) and sessions can be scheduled for during the day, in the evenings, at the weekend or even before work in the morning.

And if you’re worrying about childcare, don’t! Your other children are welcome to come along too, and play in the big back garden or watch TV while you work out. You can rest assured in the knowledge that as a former NHS professional, Natalie is fully DBS-checked.

Sessions cost just £25 per hour regardless of whether you’re booking for one, two, three or four women and there’s no minimum number of sessions.

As well as the class itself, each one-to-one booking comes with bespoke nutritional advice designed exclusively for you, and Natalie will also provide you with personalised fitness exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Our pre-natal fitness classes are a great place to meet other mums-to-be and are tailored for the stage of pregnancy you are in. They will even help you deal with labour pains.
