Hello, I'm Natalie.
Unlike many fitness instructors, I'm not remotely scary!
I live in Wirral and am the owner and chief trainer at Movement and Bloom.
More importantly, as a mum of three children I understand the challenges facing the mums and pregnant mums-to-be who come to my exercise classes.
I am a fully qualified personal trainer with specialist training in delivering pre- and post-natal exercise classes. Before starting Movement and Bloom last year I worked for the NHS delivering weight management course and fitness classes.
I left the NHS in March 2016 to follow my dream of developing fitness classes for pregnant women and mums. As a mum of three children I know how hard it is to keep fit while working and being a mum and wife.
After my children were born I found it very difficult to attend an exercise class or find one that was suitable for mums and babies.
I know how difficult and important it is for mums to regain their sexiness and their self-confidence after having a baby and Movement and Bloom was born out of that.
The idea of starting a business that could allow mums to bring their babies and exercise with other mums without worrying about childcare seemed to make complete sense.
Our exercises are great fun, we promise!

Mum to be or mum already?
There's a class to suit everyone.
Movement and Bloom pre-natal fitness classes are a great place to meet other mums-to-be and are tailored for the stage of pregnancy you are in. They will even help you deal with labour pains.
